Work with eviction and foreclosure attorney's , title companies, real estate professionals ,HOA's and municipalities in order to comply with regulartory agencies. Ordering and evaluation of BPO's and Appraisals. Familiar with site built new contruction and manufactured housing. Work with investor groups training new investors and working on post sale issues with individual investors and purchasers to assure that all issues have been resolved .I am ProActive and commited to getting things done. I provide ordering service and monitoring for POA's and make sure that all needed documents are uploaded to the system along with documetation needed to explain the steps taken for the monitoring of the file to closing. I work on title issues, evictions, and the marketing processes.I have had the opportunity to save thousands of dollars in fees and fines for code violation issues and repair cost as well. I am a team player who is willing to provide training and guidance to my peers as requested or needed and I enjoy a challenge. I have good computer skills and enjoy working with people.My background is in the areas of Real Estate as a Broker owner of a real estate office, Assistant inspector in a family owned REO inspection company.
