Services delivery via custom Salesforce app & integrated Skilljar installation for customer education. Implementation projects included conversion from Pivotal CRM to Salesforce; conversion from Epicor to MS Dynamics AX; conversion from Eloqua to Marketo; inhouse consumer sales platform to Chargify+Salesforce sales process for consumer product; decommissioning of legacy integration products (Scribe, SAP Data Integrator, Boomi) as endpoints were deprecated or cost containment dictated.

Led a wave of ERP implementation efforts for complex global construction firm, from field and business unit solutions to large transformational projects. Projects included the deployment of expense management (Concur Expense) with a virtual team of 10, $2M budget, deployed as planned to 6,000 employees. Managed compliant systems and processes for the new government contracting arm of the firm (5 years). Design & execution of US/corporate implementations to replace legacy systems and standalone implementations for global locations.

Led the technical team (infrastructure and software) for a major revisit / transformation of the existing Oracle apps systems with an eye to a global system that could support the unique needs of a significant construction company. The project involved 100+ staff and a partnering relationship with a global management consulting firm.

Marketing outreach, organization development, partner relationship building, volunteer sourcing, conference management and event management contract development, conference content development, and all the birthing effort of bootstrapping a new user group. It was so satisfying to attend the 20th anniversary conference and see it continuing to bring value to Oracle business app customers.
