Nancy lee, a human resources professional since the 1970s.Having worked with numerous leading multinationals (including Mattel Toys, Kenner Parker Toys and Fairchild Semiconductor) serving the Human Resource function, Nancy has acquired profound knowledge and skills which is crucial to the success of her later career.In the 1980s, Nancy has been promoted to become the Human Resources director of the Asia Pacific level. In addition to witnessing the change in the role of an HR director from a mere managerial role to more of one that involves coaching senior executives in the region. In addition, Nancy has also taken on the task of developing business in Mainland China. Through her methodological approach, Nancy was able to help foreign executives to effectively cope with different local cultures which in turn allows these executives to make full utilization of their expertise despite the cultural differences.Starting from the year 1996, Nancy has decided to run her own consultancy firm specializing in coaching and executive searching. Nancy contributed her skills to the China investors not only at the executive search area, but also cross cultural advises and leading the local management team towards the international viewpoints.Armed with her stellar experience and tremendous exposure to different cultures within and outside of the region, Nancy would like to share her approach with executives and work together towards a spectacular HR and coaching experience.
