I am currently a Kaiser Behavioral Health Case Manager Therapist with the Santa Ana Ambulatory Care Office in Orange County primarily with youth and young adults, in addition to adults. Since starting with Kaiser in June 2011 I have also worked with IOP, Crisis Management, Post Hospital Visits & Treatment Planning, Teaching Love & Logic Parenting Classes and serving as a MSW Intern Field Supervisor, as I have done previously since 1995. I have specialty accreditation’s as a DBT therapist and have been a co-facilitator for Adult DBT Slills Traing Groups, LGBTQ treatment, Sand Tray treatment & trainings for coworkers & interns, Safety Issue Champion and as the Staff Liaison for patient transfers between OCHCA and Kaiser for the last 5 years when patient care for Cal Optima exceeds contract limitations and staff trainings as needed. I was licensed as a LCSW in 1983 and received national accreditation as a BCD, now an ABCSW, in 1988. I have worked extensively in the fields of CPS, expert Witness Testimony, Foster Care, Adoptions both Agency & Independent, Hospice Care for youth and adult patients as well as Volunteer Coordinator & Bereavement Services, Sand Tray therapist & trainer for Kaiser staff and Group Therapist in numerous groups throughout my career. I have always been an avid runner, photo enthusiast, active in volunteer organizations and since 2009 on the Board of Directors as Historian with a women’s service group. I stay connected with my family, lifelong friends and maintain community connections. I love my professional line of work and the benefits from working in a multitude of services.
