Configuration and Troubleshooting for different interfaces based in diameter protocol such as: Cx, Dx, S6a, Sh, etc also based in SIP protocol such as: ISC, Mg, Mj, Mw, etc. Responsible for Operation and Maintenance of HSS in LTE Network to CLARO Puerto Rico. Configuration of the following nodes: HSS, CSCF and SBG for MIO-RCS Integration at TELEFONICA Mexico. Integration of HSS to support the LTE/EPC network in GT&T Guyana, Claro Costa Rica and CLARO Brazil.

Configuration and Management for QCHAT components and subcomponents to NEXTEL (subsidiary of Sprint Nextel Corporation ) Analysis and support QCHAT’s issues from Mexico, Peru and Chile. Server integration (e.g. CALEA) with QChat platform.
