She completed her investment advisor representative (IAR) exam and is a financial advisor and a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC).Prior to joining Libardoni Financial, Nancy was the Vice President of Learning and Development and head of Gilbane University (a flagship internal training and talent development organization) at Gilbane Construction Company, a national construction and facility management company based in Providence, RI. Nancy has also held leadership, training and development roles with increasing responsibility and scope at Thermo Fisher Scientific, The Gillette Company and Staples. She started her career as a sales agent in financial services, helping individuals prepare for their financial future with life, health, investments, and annuities.Her global roles in training took her all over the world where she was fortunate to meet many women, men and families who shared a common thread to better understanding their financial circumstances to live their most meaningful lives.
