Walgreen career began in 1990 as a management trainee Denver, Colorado. One year later promoted to executive assistant manager. 1994 promoted to store manager, Louisville, Colorado. Eight months later transferred to Westminster, Colorado.February 1996, managed a high volume, 24-hr urban store, located 2000 East Colfax, Denver. While managing this store, it was the first store in Colorado to produce one million dollars in profit during fiscal 1998. Advanced to the emerging leader program for where Walgreen’s placed higher caliber managers in a leadership training role. After managing this store for three years, closed down a mall setting store and relocated it to the new location in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, This store produced sales of over 150% increase in front end sales and pharmacy on from its opening day compared to the previous store. 2000, managed another high volume 24-hr store, in Denver, Colorado, a business district store. While managing this store, it was the first in the Colorado market to achieve two million dollars in profit for fiscal 2008. From 250 stores in the market, this store currently is one of the top 10 profit producing stores. Mentoring five store operations as a community leader, along with sponsoring, assisting and leading several community organization events in the Denver area 2009 to 2014.
