• Implementation of the Centralized Billing Team.• Develop procedures, requirements and policies regarding implementation of the Centralized Billing Team. • Ensure all invoices for electronic submission customers contain required information and documentation before finalization. • Finalization of electronic submission invoices and submit according to customer required method in a timely manner. • Manage Centralized Billing Partners to ensure proper training and adherence to invoicing requirements required by customer or submission procedure. • Ensure successful 1st time submittal of invoices to customers to reduce rejections and disputes.• Resolve any customer dispute or inquiry regarding questions or discrepancies regarding submitted invoices. • Reconciliation of aging report to ensure invoice submission, unapplied cash issues, or payment delays. • Assist sales and contract department on compiling contracts and price books. • Support all the US locations regarding questions or issues for customer invoicing.• Receive and submit new customer set-ups, name or address changes, or new tax exemption requests.• Ensure all documentation for new customer set-ups, name or address changes, or new tax exemption requests is correct. • Assist Tax department regarding tax short paid invoices to obtain tax exemptions or correction of invoices. • Assist Finance department regarding various requests. • Complete Financial Invoices required for all US locations.

• Interim Division Operations Manager from January 2019 until May 2019.• Responsible for all operations of full-reclamation facility (inspection and machining)• Complete monthly financial reports regarding revenue and expenditure. • Assist in completion of yearly forecast report for future financial expectations.• Responsible for maintenance, repair or replacement of equipment required in the inspection or machining processes.• Ensure employees receive proper training and certifications required.• Completed training to become the Radiation Site Officer• Record keeping and compiling of all company and state required radiation reports and documents for Godley location.• Work with HSE to ensure all SOP’s, policies, JHA’s and procedures are observed and abided. • Coordinate with customers regarding inspection needs and time frame required.• Ensure quality of inspection and machining meets API and customer standards. • Support sales department as needed.• Provide support to West Texas Area Manager as requested.
