Plan, prepare and process, daily requisitions and purchase orders in order to support production needs utilizing MRP and internal request procedures.Fill MRO requests to support production Coordinate efforts with suppliers and engineering as requested.Request pricing quotes from suppliers for materials or services to determine the best source of supply.Create jobs for the substrate of mirrors ,PCBA and rotors to be machined at the supplier site.Update shortages on the shortage report and with the appropriate personnels. Approve invoices on Vision 360 and submit expense reports on Concur Solution.Return reusable packaging to supplier to be utilize.Request RMA and process RTV back to the suppliers.Expedite and update purchase orders in Oracle R12. Assist in physical inventory process.Perform other duties as assigned.
