- Effectively managed client engagements such that greater than 80% signed additional SOWs (with 75% of them signing more than 2), given the effectiveness of the projects and the results achieved
- Contributed to Strongbow Group’s contract general terms, allowing for greater fees to Strongbow, based on terms and conditions parameters and what contributes to fee structure
- Ran multiple RFPs for clients including those ranging from SD-Wan network modernization across 4700+ retail stores, to renegotiation of Data Center space across clients 3 data centers, to Desktop / Laptop purchases for.
- Led paid assessments in which Strongbow assessed clients Commercial, Operational and Technical standing in their network. Clients hired us again to then modernize their network and negotiate terms
