I am presently working for the Health Services Department at JP Morgan Chase. My job duties are to assist employees with questions regarding Medical benefits and be of assistance to the team of nurses and the doctor. My main focus is to represent my team and be the face of JP Morgan Chase Health Services with providing excellent customer service.

I enjoyed working with a great team at Just for kids dental. I started at the age of 19 and grew so much as a person. Dr Ousley is who originally hired me and later worked with Dr Monali Patel. They both were the best mentors. I started off as a receptionist greeting people as they walked in. Created new patient accounts and learned so much about insurance. Later in the years promoted to Treatment Coordinator providing estimates to all the parents and learned to file claims and more in depth about insurance benefits. I was promoted office supervisor where i was in charge of staff, schedules, several month end reports and different situations that would occur. I learned to problem solve different situations and was availble for my team when needed.
