My contribution included the physicochemical characterization of these compounds, as well as the assessment of their biological effects both in vitro and in vivo.2) Investigation of the Therapeutic Effect of an Antidiabetic in Metabolic Syndrome:I collaborated on a project to investigate the potential therapeutic effect of a commercially known antidiabetic (anti-atherosclerotic) drug in the treatment of induced metabolic syndrome in animals. During this experience, I acquired skills in cell culture, molecular biology, microscopy, and biochemical assays.3) Obtaining Biotechnological Products from Bacterial Cultures:I led the monitoring of kinetic parameters of bacterial growth and the characterization of metabolite presence in liquid bacterial cultures of agronomic importance. I excelled in obtaining biotechnological products, showcasing my ability to track bacterial growth kinetics and characterize metabolite presence.I have also participated in other projects, where I contributed to PCR diagnosis tasks involving samples derived from pediatric patients suspected of Pertussis, as well as laboratory animal handling.
