A big part of my job is making sure we’re running as efficiently as possible and that our processes can scale as we grow.Alongside managing operations, I also oversee HR and Professional Services. I’m involved in everything from recruitment to employee development, ensuring we have the right talent and that our professional services deliver real value to our clients.I’m also hands-on with sales and customer relationships, often stepping in to help with contract negotiations and working to strengthen our long-term client partnerships.Data plays a key role in my decision-making. By keeping a close eye on KPIs and metrics across the board, I can make decisions that keep us moving in the right direction in a competitive market.

In my role, I was responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple departments, including HR and the managed services team. I focused on scaling, operationalizing, and ensuring governance for key initiatives. I was hands-on in developing project milestones, defining outcomes, setting success criteria, and creating operational plans that supported the successful execution of various projects.In addition to these core duties, I also managed contract oversight and assisted with onboarding new customers. I directed cross-functional initiatives, oversaw organizational change management, and worked to ensure that all efforts were aligned with the company’s overall goals.

I led the PMO transformation, working to streamline operations and ensure our projects aligned with the company’s strategic goals. Collaborating with senior leadership, I helped shape our quarterly plans to keep us on track with our business objectives.I managed a portfolio of high-visibility projects using both agile and waterfall methodologies, consistently delivering great results. I was the go-to person for internal and partner service issues, working across teams to resolve problems quickly.A big part of my role was resource management. I oversaw a blended delivery model that included in-house teams and subcontractors, partnering closely with Professional Services to keep everything running smoothly. I also took charge of recruiting, training, and supporting Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, and Program Managers, ensuring they had what they needed to succeed.
