Samson Middle School

I currently serve students with disabilities in a collaborative and resource room capacity. I work collaboratively with general education teachers, develop and implement federally compliant and individualized plans for each student with a disability, RTI where I help develop plans for students at risk of failure and monitor their effectiveness, leadership.

Honeysuckle Middle School

Special education teacher in a collaborative position for two years serving grades six and seven. Responsibilities included co-teaching, planning with general education teachers, writing and implementing IEPs for students identified with a disability, and resource services. Building leadership team, RTI member, and lead special educator were important.
