I am responsible for management of all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including: recruiting, hiring and on-boarding processes; ensuring compliance with each client’s unique requirements (i.e., background investigation, drug testing, intellectual property/works for hire, NDA, non-employee certification, Immigration & Naturalization); performance management systems; employee compensation & benefits programs; training employees in the use of KOHL’s online HR systems for Payroll, Time Reporting & Benefits Management; administering ongoing corporate training and awareness programs; and tracking resource allocations against client project budgets and charge codes. I work directly with with the CEO to create and implement operating policies and procedures and I am responsible for assuring legal compliance with all Federal, State and Local employment laws.

Managed operations of a $13M insurance agency. Held a primary role in achieving revenue growth from $500K to $2M through agency acquisitions and sales and service team development. Maintained relationships with key personnel at insurance companies, vendors and other agencies. Served as an officer of the Morris County chapter of the Independent Insurance Agents Association.

Managed HR operations for a multi-site $200 million North American practice. Provided coaching and direction to line managers and staff on employee relations, performance and policy-related issues. Assisted VP of HR with management of all general HR functions including recruiting, processing new hires and terminations, contract preparation, expatriate and immigration transactions, benefits re-enrollment and payroll interface. Implemented global HRIS and provided training to international audience in all HR offices globally. Developed and implemented programs designed to increase employee morale. Developed global headcount reporting tool used by top level executives.
