Human Resources Manager
CurrentI am responsible for management of all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including: recruiting, hiring and on-boarding processes; ensuring compliance with each client’s unique requirements (i.e., background investigation, drug testing, intellectual property/works for hire, NDA, non-employee certification, Immigration & Naturalization); performance management systems; employee compensation & benefits programs; training employees in the use of KOHL’s online HR systems for Payroll, Time Reporting & Benefits Management; administering ongoing corporate training and awareness programs; and tracking resource allocations against client project budgets and charge codes. I work directly with with the CEO to create and implement operating policies and procedures and I am responsible for assuring legal compliance with all Federal, State and Local employment laws.
