National Account Manager; Responsible for managing and coordinating account service as the primary customer contact for National Account.Oversee the execution of account management and retention strategy for a defined book of accounts.Provide support for field representatives.Develop business relationships with brokers, consultants, and key decision makers in order to meet or exceed new and renewal sales targets.Manage the annual renewal process for accounts, including underwriting negotiation, preparation of renewal analysis, and client presentations.Coordinate and control new business implementation activities.Train lower level Account Management staff.Identify competitive situations within assigned accounts or group market, analyzes information, and develops proposals and execution plans to management.Work directly with Sales Account Representatives / Account Service Representatives to assure that all aspects of account is running smoothly.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop a prospect list of potential customers in assignedterritory, primarily hospitals and assume all territory management in an assigned geographic region.Achieve annual sales and profit objectives for a defined territory.Obtain a new Client each quarter and present test information, up selling and seeking out new leads from existing clients.Provided client support for service adoption, workflow and clinical guidance as needed. Establish positive, long-term client relations through scheduling and conducting calls with clients.Provided timely and accurate reporting of prospects, account plans and territory management activities as required. Working closely with Management to develop assigned territory in line with company's objectives. Maintain knowledge of the technical and clinical environment, as well as competitors and their presence in assigned territory.Perform related job duties as required.

Responsibilities-Prospect for new customers in a manner prescribed by management.-Maintain client and prospect databases.-Follow departmental procedures in completing truck paperwork using available systems tools.-Coordinate service work with the service department.-Coordinate financing with the appropriate departments.-Meet established performance criteria as determined by VP of Sales.-Assisting the VP of Sales with cancellations, past due-bills, and new customer paperwork.-Making all company services available to the customers.-Referring complaints and opportunities to proper department manager of the Company.-Staying informed on new products and other general information of interest to customers that will assist in sales efforts or raise levels of service.-Assisting in efforts with outside parts and service sales personnel to achieve full market penetration.-Keeping all departments informed on customer needs.-Travel to customer locations to provide product servicing
