I enjoy working in health and wellness providing individual counseling as well as group presentations. My specialty is weight management and I have a strong interest in childhood obesity. My goal is to incorporate exercise, nutrition and behavioral components into my programs. During my 8 years at NASA Glenn, I had the unique opportunity to work closely with physicians, nurses, and on site fitness personnel. I was involved in implementing and promoting wellness incentive programs and weight management programs to over 3000 Civil Servants and Contractors. Throughout my career as an independent consultant, I've assisted many individuals lose weight and inches; but even more gratifying than the numbers, are the positive results I’ve seen in terms of behavior and lifestyle changes, increased physical activity and improved overall health. After recently relocating to Charlotte North Carolina, I’m excited to share my experience and work with Total Nutrition Technology doing all of the above that I love!
