Work closely with the Advertising Sales Reps and clients to achieve F+W's annual magazine revenue goals. Provide the sales support required to enable Reps to focus on their three main objectives.Responsible for the ad trafficking and accurate production of all ads across multiple magazine divisions (print and online).Led the implementation and testing of F+W's first online advertising server and participated on the team who chose the vendor, configured the system to meet client needs, and trained other Sales Coordinators.Train other Sales Coordinators and Sales Reps on the AS400 (production and billing) system, both in Cincinnati and several satellite offices. Serve as the Advertising Department liaison with the Accounting and Finance Departments, including:Calculating net sales commissions for outside and internal sales reps, including all adjustments, for paymentResearch and solve G/L line item discrepancies Produce quarterly and annual revenue reports for review and budgeting

Data/Order input of all ads for 7 of the 10 core magazine titles of F+W Publications, Inc.Invoicing, Payment/Adjustment entry & collection of above 7 titles.Commission calculation and reporting of all core titlesOutside and in-house sales entry reporting, as well as reconciliation to G/L

Direct front-end customer relations - making sure to "complete" sale by offering products needed to finalize customer DIY projectsOversee 2-6 cashiers and lot associates to maintain high level of customer service. Maintain in-store training of cashiers on shiftMaintain cash reserve and cashier cash needsFront-end customer relations, including solving customer concerns Responsible for closing accounting functions

Monthly/daily planning & execution of activities at Manor Care-Woodside Nursing Home for residents - from reading the morning paper to hosting the Senior/Sr. prom in the spring.
