I have worked in the oil industry for the past 27 years. I started as an operator at our boiler house/ power plant and was transferred to sulfur complex, which included training at FCCU, WGS and CO boiler. I trained up to Lead Operator at the CO Boiler complex. I was the Trainer/Writer for my area for three years and was the PSM representative in the HSE Dept for three years. I am continuing my career in Health and Safety focused primarily in General Industry but quickly incorporating construction experience into my resume. I have experience as a LOTO SME and permit writer over above my refinery experience. This has helped me to experience multiple facility settings that include some FDA experience along with OSHA and numerous other government oversight departments.I have recently received my OSHA 511 certification and am scheduled to complete both my OSHA 501 certification and OHST certifications. I am a go getter and can work independently but also enjoy being part of a team.
