➡My Role & Responsibilities►Recruitment-To Maintain records of staff requisition forms and vacancy sheet.- Searching, screening and lining up the candidates for various vacancies & using alternate resources for sourcing candidates.-Posting the jobs on various portals and short-listing the profiles from the same-Screening & Short listing the candidates through telephonic interview-Taking face to face interview & coordinate the interview process with the respective department.-To issue offer letters to the selected candidates.-Maintaining the database of interviewed candidates.-Sending the Rejection mail to the candidates.-Salary Negotiation►Joining And Induction-Conducting Induction program for new joinee-To Coordinate and ensure on-boarding formalities like Desktop / Laptop and sitting arrangement etc before joining.-To check the qualification, experience details & other documents submitted by the candidateIntroducing the new joinee to the team.-Sending welcome mail to the new joinee and Welcome aboard mail to the team-Issuing appointment Letter to the new joinee►HR Operations-Handling joining and exit formalities-Maintaining Employee Database-Confirmations & performance appraisals-Exit-Interviews & Full and Final Settlement-Handling policies and procedures►Generalist-Employee orientation, development and training.-Responsible for time attendance, leave management & Salary Calculation.-Maintaining different types of monthly reports like attendance & leave status report-Announcement of holidays in upcoming week.-To ensure adherence of proper systems and processes.-Bank account opening of new joiners.►Employee Relation-Grievance Handling-Explaining the various policies, procedures, strategies and benefits to employees-Understanding the business culture and employee mindset-Maintaining cordial employee relations.-Organizing birthday, festive celebrations & other FUN activities on regular basis.
