Serve as back up to the Director of Technology Services including, but not limited to: budget approval, operational management, staffing and general day to day leadership to effectively run and operate the Technology Services Department. Responsible for portfolio management, resource allocation and the administration and management of Technology Services projects and teams. Assist in the strategic priority planning for the organization. Co-lead the RTS Strategic Business Unit. Directly supervise the database manager, applications development team, and project coordinators. Oversee entire department including desktop support, system and network administrators and support staff. Manage software and E-commerce development projects in addition web-based processing solutions. Manage integrated project schedules for all IT initiatives, ensuring deliverables and managing resource allocation. Responsible for change management, risk assessment, contingency planning, and issue resolution.
