This role ensures that all aspects of storage, inventory management, distribution, import, and transportation are executed efficiently and effectively to meet organizational goalsI am responsible for coordinating shipment documentation, fast-tracking from the port of origin to the port of destination, port clearance and inland haulage, destination customs clearance and delivery to the central warehouse, order picking, and delivery of orders to the ultimate stocking points.

The primary goal was to ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while optimizing warehouse processes and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

I was responsible for overseeing inventory management in the Central Region, maintaining accurate stock records, and ensuring that the supply of stock meets demand without excessive surplus or stock-outs. This role involved monitoring stock levels, and movements in the different route-to-market channels, conducting regular inventory audits by ensuring no cannibalization of stocks, and coordinating with the sales & distribution department to ensure smooth stock operations.
