Responsible for management, operation andmarketing of a multi-state division, consisting of up to 31 communities in eight-state area, totaling over $53 million in revenue.

Responsible for operation and management of 447 million portfolio while managing daily operations of Windsor Woods Retirement Community. The communities were comprised of independent and assisted living apartments and covered a four-state area, with two communities under construction. Required skillful time management, teamwork and effective delegation.
