I studied communications with a focus on Public Policy and Planning at the University of Buenos Aires, complemented by specialized expertise in risk communications.With over 22 years of experience in the private and non-profit sectors, I have developed my skills in crafting strategic communication plans with a strong emphasis on disaster risk reduction, sustainable development, gender equality, and diversity.I have contributed to projects and campaigns in Central America and the Caribbean throughout my career, collaborating with institutions such as CEPREDENAC, CDEMA, UNDRR, the Inter-American Development Bank, and the World Bank. In Argentina, I led the communication strategy for the National System of Volunteer Firefighters, an organization of over 50,000 dedicated volunteers.Additionally, I am part of the LAC Women's Network for Disaster Risk Reduction of UNDRR, and I led the strategic communication efforts for the Lean In Latam Social Entrepreneurs circle as part of the advocacy team.
