Be aware of Worldwide Engineering changes and proceed accordingly.- Jointly with purchasing, identify potential suppliers to develop identified parts to be localized & with SQA give technical assistance to supplier through the Supplier Engagement Process.- Elaborate Bill of Materials- Elaborate RfQ’s for new programs according customer and internal specifications.- Support production line on failure analysis during introduction phase and serial production.- Participation in the launch of new programs.- Preparation of Quality Standards according to customer requirements- Active Participation in saving projects, getting more than USD $200,000 in savingsTitle: Quality Auditor Engineer - Certified as ISO TS\16949 internal auditor, MSA, AMEF, Control plan, Knowledge of particular requirements of OEM customers, Quality manuals of customers, Internal audits, Problem solving tools 8Ds, APQP, PPAP, Continuous improvement.- Support Top Management meetings, SQAs, Paint area, Injection Area, QoS & Customer Service as required.- Lean Manufacturing tools as Kaizen, Error Proofing, Waste identification, Control Plans & Statistical Process Control - Jointly with PD Engineer confirm & Follow up part implementation/Sign-off in assembly plant & assistance with quality issues in all milestones.
