I have enjoyed a sabbatical for a period and enjoyed working with varied age groups in the community! I have continued my Healthcare skills and recently achieved certification as a CPR instructor! As a Division Care Specialist at Enlivant, I applied my MSN in Nursing Education and over 7 years of experience in leading and managing nursing services for senior living communities. I am passionate about ensuring the highest quality of care and satisfaction for our residents and their families, as well as providing ongoing training and support for our nursing staff.I have a strong background in EHR and healthcare information technology, which enables me to optimize the use of data and systems to improve clinical outcomes and operational efficiency. I also have a life-long commitment to learning and sharing best practices in nursing and healthcare.
