• Responsible for planning, controlling and managing major issues through whole vehicle build & breadboard test period.
• Monitor Ford vehicle development (GPDS)process and implementation plan to ensure all programs delivered on scope,on time with good quality in one-team.
• Work close with cross functional and region team to solve issues including safety,quality,delivery,cost and so on.
• Risk analysis & escalation to manager team timely. Identify & eliminate error states contributing to late program delivery; set up corresponding containment plan to minimize risk;
