• Responsible for planning, controlling and managing major issues through whole vehicle build & breadboard test period.• Monitor Ford vehicle development (GPDS)process and implementation plan to ensure all programs delivered on scope ,on time with good quality in one-team .• Work close with cross functional and region team to solve issues including safety,quality,delivery,cost and so on .• Risk analysis & escalation to manager team timely. Identify & eliminate error states contributing to late program delivery; set up corresponding containment plan to minimize risk;• Representative to attend /host regular program PTR/TDR/PST/PAT meeting etc. Release meeting minutes & report &checklist etc.…• Lead technical interfaces with D&Rs to clarify technical information and documentation (BOM/Master data……)• Plant on-site launch support ;• Improve DV (Design verification)& prototype part procurement, export and import process. • Place orders for prototype vehicle procurement and payments proceed;

1.Provide effective leadership in executing the prototype ordering process and leading the team to achieve prototype build /verification on time and to achieve program milestone.2.Prepare and lead related delivery meetings (Meeting with D&R/supplier /Purchase etc&internal Parts ordering Tracker ). 3.Prepare and lead risk management plans. Utilize the escalation process as appropriate to reduce program delay .4.Improve import process&Lead logistics team with functions of Material & Production Planning, Customs Clearance, Warehousing and Transportation. Coordinating other departments resp. to solve all problems related to logistics.5.Monitor suppliers production plan, track all the suppliers schedules, and forecast and control delivery plan against real production capacity situation.Figure out containment plan in advance.
