Manage and monitor compliance with new and existing laws and regulations for all areas of employee benefits spanning medical, dental, life, disability, flexible spending account, voluntary benefits, and retirement plans..

Managed the day-to-day operations of a $700M 403(b) retirement plan spanning two separate retirement vendors. Administered 403(b) plans, coordinated data for audits, and performed extensive data tracking relative to limits for the year. Actively communicated limits, adjustments, and customized options to employees. Spearheaded benefits compliance projects.

Partnered with the Benefits Administrator on several major benefits projects, which included 403 (b) annual limit communications, compilation of documents for 2009 Sarbanes-Oxley audit, and fiscal year-end closings. Maintained detailed tuition remission taxable income records for over 200 employees and spouses/domestic partners. Managed $4M annual.

Provided outstanding customer service and vendor relations as the primary source of information relative to health insurance, flexible spending accounts, deductions, and transportation benefits in support of approximately 2,000 employees.
