I am the Chair of Greenberg Traurig’s Chicago Restructuring & Bankruptcy Practice. I focus my practice on corporate restructurings, bankruptcy and creditors' rights law, and have a wide range of experience representing debtors, purchasers of assets, committees and secured creditors. I also have substantial experience in distressed health care transactions, having played central roles in numerous health care cases and having assisted in drafting the health care insolvency provisions of the 2005 amendments to the U.S. Bankruptcy Code. I am a frequent speaker and author on health care bankruptcy issues, including co-authoring the American Bankruptcy Institute’s Health Care Insolvency Manual.
