Review, prepare and enter A/P invoices for payment. Balance and post daily sales for 12 locations. Calculate and pay state sales tax in 3 states. Reconcile checking accounts and general ledger accounts monthly. Create and maintain excel spreadsheets. Research and resolve daily issues for store managers and our guests. Research and rectify all credit card chargebacks. Reconcile biweekly credit card statements, collecting and balancing receipts for more than 30 employees.
