I supervise and support all clinical staff in a fast paced outpatient therapy and psychiatry organization with multiple clinic locations. I work directly with the CEO and collaborate with executives regarding strategic planning, company expansions, contracts and relationships. I support community partnerships through collaboration. Work with our executive team regarding provider productivity, recruiting and retention. I support other departments with streamlining policies and procedures to ensure that services are client centered, culturally responsive and trauma informed.

Complete reports to meet fidelity and state reporting guidelines. Provide support to other departments and the executive team to support the company's mission. Attend community partner meetings on behalf of CCH in the community.

Provided case management services to individuals that are experiencing mental health crises. Conducted Crisis Assessments in the field with Law Enforcement, at Hospitals and Jails. Supported individuals in stabilization and integrated into outpatient behavioral health services. Worked on call rotation after hours responding to crisis in the community. Coordinated care with Acute hospitals and respite facilities. Provided support to the Case Management team by coordinating caseloads, reviewing crisis reports and managing workload for the team.
