Serve as Business Office Manager/Corporate Sec'y. /Export Compliance Officer for RICOR USA, Inc. located in NH; a subsidiary of RICOR Israel. Demonstrate leadership, credibility, trust & support to all USA customers along with RICOR Israel. Ensure, as the key support role, successful day to day operations of RICOR USA, Inc. & facilitate communication overall. Manage workload, prioritize tasks, anticipate needs of the overall team & prepare in advance necessary tasks. Identify key issues of importance, provide recommendations in long-term planning & strategically manage RICOR USA Inc. subsidiary. In charge of reviewing Operations Budget /Expenses & Fin. Mgmt., H.R., Purchaser, Inventory Mgmt., IT Admin, Trade Shows, Logistics and coordinate any additional special projects as required. Provide sales support to the integration & repair service dept for the US defense, homeland security & USA commercial market. Actively work with the US Dept. Of Commerce & Dept. Of State as the Export Compliance Officer of RICOR USA, Inc. to be in full compliance with (ITAR/EAR) rules and regulations. Ensure technical security of US defense customer is in compliance while engaging with both Israel and US business and keep registration current pursuant to the AEC (Arms Export Control Act) and ITAR (Int'l Traffic in Arms Regulations). Listen to our US customers & provide a comfortable technically secure buying & communicating process ie: NDA's&PIA's while improving service. Focus on which strength need improvement & diligently accomplish tasks & create efficiency of the overall everyday workflow. Attribute to company's overall success since the company's conception in 2011 by adapting to additional job functions/responsibilities and changes. Act as a liaison between USA customers and RICOR Israel. Strive to improve customer satisfaction & overall intercompany relations, provide resolutions, response to customer feedback and maintain customer's positive perspective of RICOR overall.
