After completing my B.S. in Hotel Management at Penn State University, I enjoyed a 15 year Management career with Marriott Hotels in operations, sales, and training and development. I opened, Training Resources Unlimited, 18+ years ago and am an entertrainer specializing in teambuildings, executive coaching, large scale employee culture and hospitality roll outs, strategic business planning and a list of 30 other topics as well. I customize training to meet the needs of my clients and focus on the service industry (hotels, spas, restaurants, country clubs, hospitals, theme parks) and work in many other industries, as well.
