• Apply Methodologies Kan-ban, MinMax, VMI and consignment in order to control the inventory level and minimize the risk of downtime.
• Use exception messages reports in order to assure the availability of the goods on time and quantities required (Pull-In, Push-Out, Cancel)
• Effectively expedite orders to prevent line down situations
