Position assures effective fulfillment of customer orders through management of customer relationships, internal processes, forecasting and communication with operations team, third-party logistics providers, and customers. Provides “back office” support for congruence with sales team initiatives. Assures compliance with company policies and procedures for appropriate controls. Focus is to provide customers with what they request in a timeframe that meets Donsuemor published commitments and that is punctuated with EXCELLENCE resonant with the quality of our products. Supervises customer service team to execute duties.
