- Maintenance of business acquired to ensure customer activeness and reduce churn. -consulting customers about K-Finance Loans.-Identify areas/ Sectors relevant for business growth in their locality.-Telemarketing (promotion K-Finance Loans through phone calls).- making follow ups on new clients assigned to credit officers.-weekly report writing for all incoming calls, outbound calls, walk in clients and new loan disborderd clients -Developing, building and maintaining long term relationship with all segmented customers by listening to them, problem solving and joint solution finding.-customer recruitment.
