- Design, develop and execute a sustainable Talent Acquisition Strategy for the company.- Create the Manpower Planning Process in cooperation with business stakeholders.- Fill key positions in the company by sourcing viable candidates and assessing their suitability to the company.- Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct face to face or virtual interviews; screening telephone calls, administer psychological tests etc.)- Prepare and negotiate candidates’ offer letters and benefits within the Company’s compensation strategy.- Conduct reference checks on shortlisted candidates from previous employers when necessary.- Submit regular reports to People Director with regards to status of vacant positions.- Manage the implementation of the any e-recruitment system.- Actively working on resolving bottlenecks in the recruiting process.- Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience.- Lead, oversee and supervise members of the Talent Acquisition team.- Use alternative sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles.- Attend career and college fairs, and similar events.- Create and present Talent Acquisition KPI reports regularly.
