Recruited for sales and sales management positions covering the midwest US. Partnered with Field VP's in this geography and assisted with candidate face to face interviews as well as candidate selection. Trained new sales managers on interviewing techniques as well as presenting to all GSK field employees on candidate referrals. Traveled extensively approximately 75%.

Called on cardiologist, endocrinologist and high volume internal medicine physicians throughout state of Oklahoma. This position did not include any hospital calls. In 2001 won 2nd place for sales in GSK's Leader's Edge which consisted of a trip to Laguna Nigel, CA.

Responsible for eleven products at teaching hospitals in Oklahoma City area. Including The University of Oklahoma Medical Center and the Veterans Affairs Medical Center. Educated faculty and resident physicians on all of SKB's portfolio. Responsible for formulary addition of Avandia, GSK's diabetes product at the time. It became GSK's largest federal Avandia account. Worked several evenings per month. And, brought GSK's attention of a cardiologist, Dr. Philip Adamson, who became a well known national speaker.in 2001 won first place as GSK's President's Club attending international trip to Australia.

Hired from nursing position to sell hospital products to private hospitals in western Oklahoma and teaching hospitals in Oklahoma City, OK. By July of 1986 successful selling a dormant product at one hospital.
