This includes tasks such as posting Job requisition to online recruitment websites, forwarding applications management, conducting preliminary interviews, arranging technical interviews, carry on the offer process, etc. IN addition, the job holder might take part in panel interviews if required, and give feedback to unsuccessful candidates where appropriate. The job holder is also expected to be able to identify any problems with the recruitment process / make recommendations to resolve such problems. 5- HR Database: to ensure the HR Database is fully updated at all times to produce HR reports as required. 6- Training: To ensure that the center has full exposure to all Learning and Development activities, also administration the implementation of assigned training or development programs. 7- End of Service processes: ensuring leaver processes are followed including notification to key areas of the business, exit interviews fulfilled, payroll paperwork is completed. 8- Payroll: : Liaising with Accounting regarding monthly variables including starters / leavers / transfers and promotions / allowances, grade reviews have a sound business case and correct authorizations, etc. -
