Recruited and filled several leadership positions, leading to achievement of sales targets for as well as improvement in the sales-to-expense ratio for the company. • Customer Satisfaction Improvement PlanLead the integration of the sales, account management and services/support teams to one management structure with the single goal of improving overall customer satisfaction. Achieved 100% improvement in revenue from the existing account base and reduced overall support efforts by 30%.• Software Development ConsortiumDeveloped and negotiated a multi-year, multi-million dollar joint software development effort. Responsibilities included the development of the initial product specification and supporting agreements with sub-tier partners, the negotiation of all joint funding agreements, and ongoing oversight of all consortium activities.• Software System Development, Implementation and OutsourcingLed the contract development and negotiation for an $80 million program to develop and manage a state-of-the-art Meter Data Management Software System for a major U.S. utility. • Integration of Major AcquisitionResponsible for the integration of the premium matter management software developer / implementer serving Federal, State and City government agencies into Bridgeway.
