For over 14 years, I served as the Executive Director of the United Way of Scott County Indiana, a non-profit organization that works to improve the lives of people and communities through education, health, and financial stability. I led the strategic planning, fundraising, program development, and stakeholder engagement efforts of the organization, overseeing a budget of $1.2 million and a staff of 12.I am passionate about creating positive social change and empowering people to reach their full potential. I have extensive experience in facilitating workshops, building coalitions, organizing community events, and managing philanthropic initiatives. I have successfully increased the donor base, volunteer network, and community partnerships of the United Way, resulting in greater impact and visibility. I have also studied at Milligan College, where I gained valuable knowledge and skills in business and leadership.
