Responsible for end to end financial functions related to print, digital and other advertising revenue across all Time Inc. brands (People, Time, Sports Illustrated and 20 other iconic brands). Responsibilities include:* Oversee billing, accounts receivable, credit and collections, cash application, dispute resolution, monthly closes, balance sheet reconciliations and revenue recognition* Estimate quarterly revenues, cash flows and accounts receivable balances* Partner with Sales (corporate and brand sales) to create agency and advertiser deals designed to drive increased revenue and market share* Track and report on advertiser and agency performance against goals, accruing for future discounts as appropriate* Administer company-wide sales bonus plan - calculations, reporting and payments* Streamline operations (including outsourcing to our subsidiary in India) to ensure maximum efficiency* Partner with IT to migrate all divisions to our standard suite of tools, enhance existing applications to better serve business needs, and evaluate and implement new technology to replace manual processes

Oversee team of 90 (on-shore and off-shore) responsible for centralized revenue and expense functions in support of all Time Inc. magazines, websites, and ancillary businesses. Functions include print and digital billing, revenue recognition, credit and collection, accounts receivable, payroll, accounts payable, independent contractor review, and travel and entertainment expenses. Significant focus on process re-engineering and partnership with IT to identify and implement system enhancements to improve efficiency, access to information, cash flow, and increase customer satisfaction.
