-Provide direct care for up to 10 patients in the acute care setting aimed at emotional support, social and spiritual-well being, hygiene, nutrition, therapy, behavioral modification, redirection, prevention of injuries, education, prevention of skin break down, and coping mechanisms-Provide direct care for up to 70 residents in the long-term care setting. This was aimed at providing comfort, quality of life, hygiene, emotional support, and education on disease processes-Medication administration-Promotion of continuity of care by providing excellent communication between residents, nurses, and staff

-Provide direct are for up to 20 clients aimed at increasing comfort, social and spiritual well-being by providing assistance with hygiene, physical comfort, nutrition, elimination, prevention of skin breakdown, medication administration, redirection, behavioral modification, rehabilitation and safety-Assisted with ADL's and medications-Promote continuity of care by communicating to other healthcare workers the status of clients .
