Paid all medical bills associated with claim, adjusted reserves when needed, Sent files to SIU if claim was questionable.

Handled auto claims for both insured and claimants. Settled all types of auto claims: total losses, subrogation, comprehensive. Took recorded statements when required, ongoing SIU training to identify questionable claims.
