In my sales and marketing support role at BSI, I work with a team to plan and implement strategies to obtain new business, increase the profitability of existing business and manage various business functions such as vendor/partner relationships, marketing, and organizational management. - Responsible for overseeing guest services and resolving any issues that may arise- Maintain proper rotation of guest seating to ensure quality service with fair distribution to servers - Train, manage, and schedule personnel to meet restaurant needs, as well as conduct weekly staff meetings with updates, service training and policy changes- Maintain a high level of sanitation including cleanliness in the restaurant; enforce appearance standards and proper grooming with staff- Responsible for cash handling, maintenance of banks, proper accounting, as well as responsibility for overages/shortages
