Credit Manager
CurrentDirect all aspects of credit and collection function in support of corporate goals to increase sales, minimize risk, and exceed corporate working capital goals. Enhance continuous review and update of proactive credit, collections and AR policies and procedures collaboratively between Finance, Sales and Service Departments. Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with third party lease companies and commercial credit reporting companies, attorneys, and outside collection agencies. Approve all aspects of Credit line management, including unsecured and secured credit lines for new and existing customers, including terms approval. Utilization of Personal Guarantees, Cross Corporate Guarantees, Proceed Assignments, UCC filings etc. Manage Accounts Receivable portfolio to ensure timely and prompt collections. Design and implement payment plans to reduce third party collections. Supervise Accounts Receivable cash operations-remote deposit system, credit card processing, and cash application. Oversee month end close of Accounts Receivable, related account analysis, and monthly reporting of credit and collections data. Assist with annual audits for revenue recognition and Accounts receivable operations.
