Nancy Shirley is the Executive Administrator of D.R.E.A.M. Partnership, a Pennsylvania non-profit organization that creates postsecondary education opportunities for young adults with intellectual disabilities. As the only employee of the organization, she wears many hats that include fundraising, book keeping, social media, website management, organization state compliance, data storage and access, donor data management, grant writing, grant compliance, and on-line payment platform management. Nancy also consults for other local non-profits and non-profit start-ups.
