-Conduct daily tasks assigned by director of performance nutrition -Complete inventory checks weekly of food products-Complete weekly US Foods order by complying with department's budget-Manage fuel zone operations to ensure athlete's receive the pre/post training nutrition they need

-Undergraduate Student Leader of the Sports Nutrition Club at Ohio State.-Duties as leader include collaboration with the graduate students and performance nutrition team to create schedules for Fuel Zone volunteering and bringing new membership to the club. -I am in charge of facilitating meetings/scheduling guest speakers for meetings. Guest speakers include sports dietitians from other universities and programs.-I also work as a volunteer in the fuel zones at various athletic facilities such as the Woody Hayes Football Facility and the Schottenstein Center. -Duties in fuel zones include stocking fridges with gatorade, water, yogurt, etc. and dry goods on shelves. I make pre/post workout shakes for athletes when needed and ensure the storage closet is stocked at all times by communication with the dietitian. -I also help with nutrition education when able/appropriate.

Graduate Teaching Assistant for KNHES 2995: Food is Function, Movement is Medicine - a course co-taught by experts from both human nutrition and exercise science.

Responsible for grading various assignments such as exams, case studies, and lab work for multiple undergraduate human nutrition courses. HUMNNTR 2310, 2410, and 3506.

I hand-make all natural healthy items locally for the city of Sandusky. I offer protein bites, protein edible cookie dough and other healthy treats. I fulfill personal orders, while having a stand at the Sandusky Farmers Market weekly in the summers. I also sell my items to local businesses- The Maca Root Juice Bar & Eatery and the Sandusky Bay Pancake house. I started this small business as it helps me gain experience in the nutrition field and allows me to put my passion to work while learning new information in the field of dietetics. I believe it is important to fuel our bodies with natural, minimal ingredient items that are not processed. My goal is to fuel to win everyday, this business allows me to share my passion for health and wellness with the community in a fun way on my path to becoming a Registered Dietitian.

Performed nutrition diagnostic testing (DEXA, BIA/SECA, Indirect calometry) on UFC athletes• Wrote individualized nutrition programming to support weight descent plans, weight management, and injury/recovery processes• Performed nutriton consults• Led fight week/weigh in re-hydration protocol• Managed fuel zone and US Foods ordering proceduresI spent three months working at the UFC Performance Institute under Clint Wattenberg and his team of world class performance dietitians in Las Vegas, Nevada. I was held to a very high standard at the UFC and was challenged daily by my mentors to understand the science behind fueling a combat sport athlete. I performed and supervised Dual X-Ray Absorptiometry (DEXA) scans, Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis, and indirect calorimetry via a metabolic cart on professional athletes every single day. I led fight week re-hydration protocols, assisted weight cuts and weigh ins, educated athletes on fight week nutrition and supplementation. My most rewarding project at the UFC was leading a strawweight fighter through her fight camp which consisted of performing nutrition diagnostic testing to understand her energy balance to create a weight descent plan, meal preparation/timing, and led her through the weight cut process. To finally see an athlete’s journey from our initial consult to her stepping on the scale was the most surreal experience as a dietetics student. I will be forever grateful to the team of dietitians at the UFCPI for taking a young student like me under their wing and allowing me to grow as leader, student, and person.

I started as a Dietary Aide to gain clinical experience. My duties include taking patient meal orders, delivering food to patients, collecting trays, and stocking kitchenettes on each floor of the hospital. I work with the Registered Dietitians to ensure each patient is given correct menu options that align with their diets. Diets range from heart healthy, low fat, to carb control, etc. I am responsible for giving patients food suggestions that meet their nutrition goals each meal. As an aspiring dietitian, I enjoy working with each patient to choose meals and I believe my education thus far has helped me with making the right recommendations.

Summer job making smoothies and healthy goodies for the city of Sandusky. Allows me to gain experience in the nutrition world and make connections with fellow health and wellness connoisseurs.
