I served in the Metropolitan Police for 16 years, mostly front line, but some time in investigations, also working alongside immigration services. During this time I created mentoring schemes, produced and conducted workshops on stop and search, engaged in workshops to deter youths from gangs, and led teams in various policing aspects, including large public order events. I now work back in the security industry, in the family run business. Covering all administrative aspects from Service Delivery, Payroll, HR and Accounts Receivable.
