As a Certified Nursing Assistant, I provide compassionate and quality care to the residents, using my skill in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to assist them with their daily activities and needs. I am also a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and have worked with children with autism and other developmental disabilities at ABS Kids, where I implemented behavior intervention plans and supported their learning and development. Additionally, I have 8 years of experience in the mortgage industry, where I helped customers with their mortgage applications and inquiries, and ensured compliance with lending regulations and policies. I am passionate about helping people and making a positive impact in their lives, and I am always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
